I guess now, I could possibly be labelled as a 'juicer' and have definitely succumbed to the 'juicing'craze. Initially I started making a variety of delicious, nourishing vegetable juices as a new morning ritual, in a bid to boost my energy levels and after a couple of weeks I noticed how great I was feeling, my skin was glowing and that everyone around me had suffered this year’s nasty flu... Yet, I still haven't been struck with a case of the nasties!
I’ve now been ‘juicing’ for two months and loving it! Now, I am on a search to find something more stylish than a regular tumbler to pour my delicious concoctions into. I mean, everything tastes nicer when eating or drinking from something beautiful, right!?
